This elm coffee table is designed to display the client's favourite objects in its two glass-topped drawers, built in contrasting sycamore. Exposed dovetail joints will stand out against the flowing grain of the table top.

These two little cabinets in wild cherry are designed with touches from the Cotswold School of the English Arts and Crafts movement: chamfered legs, arched rails, through dovetails and pegged tenons.

This is the second of a suite of three oak office desks. The overall shape and size match the first, but this one is built around a dovetailed drawer cabinet. Hand-cut joints make a strong feature.

This large desk, featuring a tapering curve, was built in solid pippy oak, giving it a modest, rural feel. The front and back rails were laminated into a gentle arc from thin sheets of pippy sawn from the solid.
